Small family gatherings and intimate celebrations (such as micro-weddings) are welcome with prior approval. For approved bookings, we include a free $200 Decoration Package: balloons, poolside flowers, and one bottle of red wine. Guest access Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire 6-bedroom house and all its amenities. This includes: The entire home, including all bedrooms and living areas. *Private backyard with swimming pool, hot tub, and sauna. Game room. *Full laundry facilities. *Lush garden where you can pick seasonal fruits. *We also provide complimentary coffee, make your stay more comfortable. Other things to note *Hot Tub & Pool Heating: We provide 5 hours of complimentary hot tub heating per day between 7:00 AM -10:00 PM. Please text us to schedule your desired time. Additional hot tub heating is available for $50/day. *Heating the entire pool is available for a fee of $200/day. *Lake Mission Viejo Access: We provide a free community club membership card. To use the lake facilities, you must provide us with a reservation request at least 48 hours in advance. *Security Cameras: For your safety, there are 3 exterior security cameras on the property. Two monitor the front gate area, and one monitors the pool equipment. There are absolutely no cameras or recording devices inside the home to ensure your privacy. Footage is only reviewed in case of a safety issue or rule violation. •For guests who host parties , smoking or create excessive noise, we will proceed with immediate forced eviction from the property with no refund. We will also claim $500–$1,000 as a fee to cover the costs of handling neighbor complaints. •Late Check-Out Please make sure to check out on time to avoid any issues. •30 minutes late: will be charged half a day’s reservation fee • 1 hour or more late: will be changed full day’s reservation fee * Pet Waste We love pets! ❤️ Please clean up after your pet and remove all waste before check-out. If extra cleaning is needed, an additional cleaning fee will apply. * All over 18 years old of adult guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in before 24 hours for verification . It will be through Airbnb messages.
